- Putin instructed to explain in detail to citizens the reasons for refusing social payments.
Russians should receive detailed information about the reasons for the refusal to appoint federal social support measures at the same time as making the appropriate decision. The corresponding instruction from Russian President Vladimir Putin has been published on the Kremlin's website.
"Providing citizens with detailed information on the reasons for the refusal to appoint federal social support measures at the same time as the authorized body makes a decision on refusal," says the list of issues that the government has been instructed to consider.
In addition, the head of state instructed to ensure the use of a unified system of interdepartmental electronic interaction to obtain all documents necessary for the appointment of social benefits. This includes a monthly allowance in connection with the birth and upbringing of a child.
The government will also have to arrange for the information already available to government agencies to be uploaded in advance to the Gosuslugi portal. This will make it possible to use the available data when providing services in electronic form.
Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and the head of the Executive Committee of the Popular Front, Mikhail Kuznetsov, were appointed responsible.
On October 16, Valery Ryazansky, Chairman of the presidium of the central board of the All-Russian Public Organization Union of Pensioners of Russia, announced that from April 1, 2027, social pensions will be indexed for almost 3.5 million Russians. He noted that we are talking about citizens of the Russian Federation who have not accumulated the required amount of pension points and do not have sufficient insurance experience to receive an old-age pension.
