The Strait of Hormuz will be unblocked in a week if the United States accepts Iran's conditions and stops its aggression. This was announced on October 4 by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic, Abbas Araqchi.

"According to the seven-day plan that we presented, if Iran's conditions are accepted and hostile actions are lifted, the Strait of Hormuz will be fully opened within seven days," he said at a meeting with ambassadors in Tehran, a recording of which was posted on the Instagram page of the Al Arabiya Farsi news portal (owned by Meta, a recognized company extremist and banned in Russia).

Araqchi clarified that details on this issue would be disclosed later, and then appealed to European states to refrain from participating in the "incitement of war" launched by Washington and Tel Aviv against Tehran.

On the same day, Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, called the Strait of Hormuz a thermonuclear weapon of Tehran, with which it restrains Washington. According to him, the White House should be concerned about the settlement, not the aggravation of the situation, since the blocking of this territory has led to an increase in oil and diesel fuel prices, which also affects Americans.
