European countries will take part in the talks between Russia and Ukraine, which will begin on Tuesday in Abu Dhabi with the mediation of the United States. This was announced on November 8 by French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barraud.

According to him, France will also send a representative to participate in the discussions, but it is not yet known who exactly will represent the country. Barro himself does not plan to attend the meeting.
