The legacy of the late Ekaterina Raikina has been revealed
One of the main objects of Ekaterina Raikina's family legacy was a five-room apartment in Blagoveshchenskiy Lane in Moscow, which was personally allocated to Arkady Raikin by Leonid Brezhnev in 1966.
As reported by aif.ru On Friday, November 6, paintings by famous artists, rare books and collectibles were kept in the house. At the same time, Raikina herself called the apartment "not good" because her mother was seriously ill there. After the death of the parents, the housing remained at the disposal of the children. Raikina spent a lot of time in the apartment.
In recent years, the actress has led a closed lifestyle and has been organizing her father's archives. The rights to the materials that belonged to her personally may also be included in the inheritance.
The only known heir to the first stage is the artist's son Alexei Yakovlev.
Honored Lawyer of Russia Ivan Solovyov explained the procedure for the distribution of property.
"If there was no will, then everything is distributed according to the law. First come the heirs of the first stage — children, spouse, parents, if there are none, then the second stage comes — uncles, aunts, nephews, and so on," the lawyer said.
Thus, in the absence of a will and other first-line heirs, Raikina's property may pass to her son.
