Avtotor explained the disappearance of the Ambertruck Work pickup truck from sale

Avtotor commented on the termination of sales of the Ambertruck Work pickup truck in Russia. A representative of the brand's distribution said that the company is currently updating the brand's lineup and will later provide information on its further development and new models, Rossiyskaya Gazeta reported on November 6.

The Ambertruck line currently includes five commercial vehicles: three diesel trucks and two electric models. The brand's dealer network in Russia includes 45 centers.

Kaliningrad-based Avtotor plant has announced the launch of the Ambertruck brand in February 2024. The Work model is based on the Chinese JMC Vigus. It is equipped with a 2.5 liter diesel engine, all-wheel drive and rear differential lock. The volume of the cargo platform is 2.3 cubic meters, the maximum load capacity is 900 kg.

Since the beginning of the year, domestic factories have produced more than 713 thousand vehicles.

As reported the day before, there are no restyled or pre-restyled Ambertruck Work cars left in stock. The car has disappeared from the brand's official website. According to one of the dealers, orders for the pickup truck are no longer accepted, as its production has been permanently discontinued, the note says.
