"We draw the attention of drivers to the strict observance of the rules for transporting children in the car. Take care of your passengers, not even allowing the prerequisites for a possible tragedy. Risky driving must be avoided at all times, but especially not if you are transporting children. Remember that the lives and health of young passengers depend entirely on your skills, driving experience, well-being, and law-abiding driving behavior. Also, do not forget that in conditions of insufficient visibility, it is necessary to move with external lighting devices turned on, it is mandatory to use fog lights, if available, and during precipitation to reduce speed as much as possible and move with the alarm lights on," said the deputy head of the Department of Road Safety Promotion and prevention of child traffic injuries of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Russian police Colonel Anton Belan.
