The White House has sent letters to more than 3,000 conservative organizations listing the achievements of US President Donald Trump and promising to prevent the Democrats from overturning his decisions. This was reported on November 5 by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ).

"The White House Office of Public Relations, which cooperates with external organizations, has sent a memorandum to more than 3,000 associations. It lists Trump's achievements as president, and also contains a promise to prevent the Democrats, who have strengthened their positions, from canceling these results," the article says.

The document, as noted by the WSJ, contains a phrase highlighted in yellow: "As always, we monitor statements, press releases and publications in the media of your organizations."

A White House spokeswoman said the letter was not a threat and was part of an effort to mobilize outside supporters, and similar language had been used before. At the same time, in the previous newsletters of the public relations office, studied by the WSJ, there was no language about monitoring the statements of the groups.

Political analyst Andrei Kortunov told Izvestia on November 5 that the final results of the US elections would present the White House with several more unpleasant surprises. According to him, the victory of the "democratic socialist" opens up a new important front in the internal political struggle against the current president.
