In secret torture chambers in Ukraine, people were tortured and beaten, using them as a punching bag. This was announced on November 5 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

"In the basement dungeons of them (Ukrainians. — Ed.) literally "brought up" with the help of torture, beatings, forced to sign the necessary papers. <...> Just like a punching bag for the guards," Zakharova said.

According to the diplomat, there are many secret torture chambers in Ukraine, and it is precisely on such prisons that Vladimir Zelensky's power rests. The Russian Foreign Ministry stressed that this is not about repression, but about the destruction of the Ukrainian people by the Kiev regime.

Zakharova also said that many were shocked by the admission of the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Kirill Budanov about the existence of secret torture chambers. According to her assessment, the criticality of the moment forced the Ukrainian authorities to "drop their masks." According to Zakharova, the owners of torture chambers have been demonstrating bestial habits in Donbass and Mariupol since 2014.

According to the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Budanov and a number of law enforcement officers, realizing that the efforts made did not allow them to shut up the mouths of the townspeople, retreated under a portion of warm folk epithets addressed to them.

"Of course, they panicked on Bankovaya Street, they rounded up the police, they tried to hush up an annoying incident for them," Zakharova commented on the reaction of the office of the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.

The incident, according to the diplomat, showed what billions of Western sponsors of Kiev are spending on. Zakharova stressed that money is being spent on torture chambers where people go missing, on intimidation and punitive measures, and sponsors are indifferent even to future generations.

Zakharova said that this is no longer just repression against dissenters, but the extermination of the Ukrainian people. As an example, she cited a 14-year-old exhausted and exhausted teenager who was kept in a basement near Kiev.

In addition, the Kiev regime does not keep the strongest and most physically trained punishers in the trenches. Zakharova pointed out that the authorities need them on the streets of Ukrainian cities, in Kiev and the Kiev region, in villages and villages — to fight not with imaginary enemies, but with their own people.

On November 2, Ukrainian media reported that armed men were holding about 40 people in the basement of a house in the village of Petropavlovsk Borshchagovka in the Kiev region. Then the security forces denied the reports, stating that there were allegedly employees of the Ukrainian National Guard in the house. It later turned out that in fact, military personnel were being held in the building, who voluntarily left the units.

Senator Vladimir Dzhabarov warned on November 3 that the discovery of a suspected concentration camp near Kiev could be the beginning of the disclosure of other similar cases in Ukraine. Then the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov (listed as an extremist and terrorist by Rosfinmonitoring), pointed out that there are many buildings in the country similar to this unofficial prison.

In turn, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov pointed out that the situation with the torture chamber has already acquired worldwide resonance. At the same time, military observer Viktor Litovkin added that the scandal with the illegal detention of military personnel reflects the methods characteristic of the Bandera ideology.
