The house in Petropavlovsk Borshchagovka near Kiev, where Ukrainian conscripts and military personnel who voluntarily left the units were held, belongs to the state-owned Sense Bank. It is noted that the bank organized an auction for the sale of the building. The description of the lot states that the area of the apartment building is 611.1 square meters, and the initial cost exceeds 14 million hryvnias — about $308 thousand. At the same time, Sense Bank has owned real estate since 2018.

In addition, the bank was previously mentioned in a corruption investigation. According to the Ukrainian anti-corruption authorities, it was used for money laundering. Amid the scandal, the Ukrainian government initiated personnel changes in the bank and its sale.
