A man was killed in the crash of a makeshift vessel in the Tver region.
An improvised aircraft crashed in the Tver region, killing the man who was flying it. This was reported on November 1 in the Western Interregional Investigation Department for Transport of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
"On the territory of the village of Kayurovo, Tver region, as a result of the crash of a homemade aircraft, the man who was flying it died," the Telegram channel says.
According to the Izvestia source, the man was driving a gyroplane, and the crash occurred immediately after takeoff. A procedural check is currently underway.
On October 6, a helicopter made a hard landing in the area of Zhupanov in Kamchatka, and no one was injured in the incident. Later, the investigators opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of the rules of traffic safety and operation of air transport, which negligently caused major damage").
