Actor Pavel Priluchny has filed six lawsuits in Russian courts against individual entrepreneurs selling products with his image on marketplaces. This was reported to Izvestia by the actor's lawyer Oksana Danielova.

"The subject of the lawsuits is the withdrawal of goods from circulation, the destruction of counterfeit products and the requirement to stop the illegal use of the actor's image and the Pavel Priluchny trademark," the lawyer said.

Oksana Danielova clarified that currently the courts have not yet ruled on the claims, the cases are in the process of claiming evidence.

"Material claims will be finalized upon receipt by the court of information on sales and the amount of money received by the defendants for the sale of the specified goods, the main task is to prevent unfair actions by the defendants," she concluded.

On September 3, actor Nikita Dzhigurda filed a lawsuit for the recovery of 500 thousand rubles due to the sale of full-length cardboard figures with his image on the marketplace. It was noted that three types of full-length dolls complete with masks are sold on the site. His representative Sergey Voronov, commenting on the situation, stressed that the actor is also a human being, and his work is labor.
