The State Duma announced that the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces has a list of targets for the Oreshnik

The use of the Oreshnik missile system does not require any special prerequisites: it is used to solve specific combat missions. This was announced on October 31 by Alexey Zhuravlev, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense.

"You don't need any special prerequisites to use Hazel. It was not used at all in response to something or out of special resentment. There are military tasks for which one or another weapon is chosen," the deputy said in an interview with Lenta.Ru .

Zhuravlev noted that it is impractical to use "Hazel" unnecessarily. According to him, the Russian General Staff has a list of targets for hitting this complex, which will be attacked after the appropriate order.

A day earlier, Zhuravlev said that Ukraine was trying to provoke Russia into using nuclear weapons or "Hazel nuts." According to Zhuravlev, Kiev expects to use Moscow's possible response as a reason to accuse Russia of unwillingness to a peaceful settlement. The MP also stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces strikes should become the basis for strengthening Russian actions against Ukrainian logistics and political leadership.
