The bodies of a woman and her teenage daughter were found in an apartment in Chelyabinsk.

The bodies of a woman, her 15-year-old daughter and a man were found in an apartment in Chelyabinsk. This was announced on October 28 by the press service of the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region.

"According to the investigation, during the daytime on October 28, 2026, the bodies of a man, a woman and her 15-year—old daughter with signs of violent death were found in one of the apartments on Olimpiyskaya Street in the Vishnevaya Gorka microdistrict of Chelyabinsk," the agency's website says.

Employees of the Investigative Committee inspect the apartment and establish all the circumstances of the incident. A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Murder of two or more persons").

According to the Izvestia source, the man is the woman's roommate, but he was not the father of the murdered teenage girl. According to information from the Network, four children lived in the apartment where the bodies were found, and the suspect had access to weapons because he worked as a security guard. He shot a woman and her daughter, two children aged 10 and 12 managed to run out into the entrance, and a baby remained in the apartment. After the murder, the roommate committed suicide.

Alexey Gaskov received a life sentence, and his friend Mikhail Yudin, a serial killer from Berdsk, testified against him.

On October 26, the corpses of 58-year-old Alla Pidzhakova and two-year-old Alexander K. with signs of violent death were found in St. Petersburg at night. It is specified that the bodies were found in the Krasnoselsky district in an apartment on Komissar Grushko Street. Multiple wounds and injuries were found on the bodies of the woman and child, which indicate premeditated murder.

It later became clear that the boy's father, Dmitry N., was suspected of murdering 58-year-old Alla Pidzhakova and two—year-old Alexander Kychev in St. Petersburg. According to the woman's friend, the murdered boy is the common child of Dmitry N. and his ex-lover Anastasia. It is also reported that the man left a note at the crime scene and fled. The Investigative Committee (IC) clarified that Anastasia herself jumped out of the window and was able to escape, now she is being treated in the hospital.
