The knight of the Orders of Courage crawled 300 m to the positions of the Russian Federation with a severe lung injury

Nikita Shalunov, a veteran of the special military operation, who was awarded two orders of Courage, crawled 300 m to the positions of his colleagues after a fragment pierced his lung and injured his spine.

Shalunov was at the front from the first day of the special military operation and served in the 137th Guards Parachute Regiment. During the combat mission, he was seriously injured, after which his legs failed.
