The Moscow City Court has rejected Boney's claim for 3 million rubles against Leps' ex-fiancee Kiba

The Moscow city court recognized as lawful Victoria Bonet's refusal in a lawsuit against the ex-fiancee of singer Grigory Leps Aurora Kibe for 3 million rubles because of an offensive post on a social network and rejected her complaint. Alexander Lunev, the blogger's lawyer, told Izvestia about this on October 20.

The meeting was held behind closed doors. The journalists were not allowed to announce the decision.

The lawyer believes that the reason for the refusal was the inability to prove that the reposts of the publication were carried out from the defendant's page.

"People reposted, took screenshots of Kiba's words and launched them to the masses. If we had a certified copy of this post, made in the year 25, removed from its page, the court would have ended in our favor," the lawyer said.

According to Lunev, the court did not take into account their evidence, as it considered that there was no direct evidence that the social network users had made reposts from Kiba's page.

"Kiba's representative says that she did not write this <...> We provided all the reposts to the court," the lawyer added.

In her personal blog, Kiba criticized Bonya and accused her of "selling her body to married men." Bonya demanded 3 million rubles in court because of defamatory information. According to the materials announced in court, Kiba posted a post on a social network in which she said that the blogger allegedly "spent her whole life in the status of someone's mistress, not a journalist, and began by selling her body to married people for €3,000, which the whole country knows about."

In response, Bonya stated that these statements harm her business reputation and contribute to the loss of trust from partners and clients, as well as hurt the fragile psyche of her underage daughter and are not true.
