The company "IQ Plastic" expects to conclude a settlement agreement with the tax authority in the framework of the trial in the case for 12.6 million rubles. This was reported on October 19 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the possibility of resolving the differences without further litigation. Previously, the amount of claims was about 12 million rubles, but after partial repayment of the debt, its size decreased.

The company's representatives explained that the tax authority had requested additional documents for the audit. Some of the necessary materials have already been transferred, the rest are in the process of preparation.

In this regard, representatives of IQ Plastic asked the court to postpone the hearing of the case in order to complete the collection of documents and agree on the terms of the settlement agreement with the tax authority.

On April 21, the Moscow City Court upheld the decision of the first instance.

According to the Izvestia source, on October 27, 2025, another patient of bariatric surgeon Elagin died at the Fomin clinic. Shortly before that, Yelagin returned to professional activity after his house arrest.

In 2024, producer Peter Gavrilov underwent gastric reduction surgery with surgeon Elagin, assisted by Kazaev. Gavrilov felt unwell the day after the surgery and went back to the clinic. There he underwent a second operation, but the man's condition progressively worsened. He was taken to another hospital, where he fell into a coma and died.
