On October 17, sound engineer Bogdan Solodovnik told how, together with Izvestia military commander Semyon Yeremin, he created a song about Motorola, which the journalist never managed to finish.

According to him, Eremin wanted to create a rock composition because he loved such music. He asked the sound engineer to "suggest what he sees." They discussed the song far into the night and recorded its demo in one day.

Solodovnik shared that the plans were to record only a demo version of the song so that he could work on the music and arrangement while the military commander was on a business trip to Donbass. Throughout the trip, they were in touch and discussed the composition.

"I said, let's say we need to rewrite the verses when you come on vacation, when you have time. And there, as far as I remember, for a very long time, he had already been in Donbass for four months. I couldn't rewrite it," said the sound engineer.

On October 17, Izvestia correspondent Valentin Trushnin shared his memories of his Eremin, who, in addition to journalism, was fond of creativity and wrote philosophical texts, poetry and rap. According to the journalist, Eremin was distinguished by his non-standard thinking and sought to find different ways of expressing his ideas. His creative interests went far beyond his professional activities.

The text of the song was written by Semyon Eremin, he managed to make a demo recording shortly before his death. The track was included in the album Rap Platoon 2.0: Without Borders.

On October 17, the wife of military commander Victoria Eremina told Izvestia that the song of the deceased war correspondent Semyon Eremin tells not only about Motorola, but also about the work of the journalist himself in the war zone. According to Eremina, her husband wrote the song about five years ago. Composing and performing songs was his passion.
