Dima Bilan sold a mansion in the Moscow region for 250 million rubles and bought an estate

Singer Dima Bilan sold his mansion on Novaya Riga for 250 million rubles. The buyer for the property in the elite village was found six months after the start of the auction, according to the Telegram channel Zvezdach.

The artist's former home is located in the village of Monteville, 23 km from the Moscow Ring Road. Two-storey house with an area of 440 sq. m. m stands on a plot of 16.5 acres. Inside the building there are four bedrooms, five bathrooms, two kitchens, a sauna and a spacious living room with a second light. There is also a garage for two cars on site. The sale of the facility was finally closed in May 2026.

Dima Bilan put the property up for sale at the end of November 2025, initially expecting to receive 270 million rubles for it. By March 2026, the value of the offer had decreased to 250 million rubles. Thus, the final discount was about 15%. According to the NF Group realtors cited by RIA Novosti, such a discount is an absolutely market situation for the current state of the suburban real estate market.

The sale of real estate is connected with the artist's acquisition of a new estate in the far Moscow region. According to the singer himself, he got a mortgage on the new house and now plans to repay the loan as quickly as possible by selling old assets. According to Channel Five, Bilan's new home is located by the river. The singer showed panoramic views of the water and surrounding villages, as well as a plot where you can garden.

At the same time, Bilan still owns a city apartment with a view of Red Square. Housing in a historic house in the area of the Gnessin College was purchased by the artist in 2023. The value of this property at the time of purchase was estimated at about 90 million rubles.

Earlier it became known that Dima Bilan was considering the possibility of acquiring a land plot at the foot of Mount Elbrus.
