Singer Jasmine will become a grandmother for the second time. The artist announced the imminent addition to the family of her eldest son Mikhail on Monday, October 12, during a solo concert "Puzzle" in St. Petersburg. The performance coincided with the singer's birthday — she turned 49 years old.

The gender party became a part of the concert

Right on stage, the singer held a small gender party, inviting Mikhail Semenduev's son and daughter-in-law, former figure skater Eva Khachaturian, to the audience. "Although I'm already a grandmother, I'm still kind of an artist," the actress said from the stage, commenting on her new status.

She also jokingly asked the children to warn her about her third child in advance so that she could prepare a concert at the stadium for the occasion.

The couple's first child, Boris, was born a little less than a year ago — on October 30, 2025. The boy, named after the singer's father, weighed 3,750 g at birth and was 55 cm tall. Jasmine also announced his birth from the stage during the ceremony dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Russian Radio and the Golden Gramophone Award.

"You won't believe it, but we never called him Borya or Boris. We call him Boris Mikhailovich," the actress said in an interview.

According to Jasmine, she tries to spend a lot of time with her grandson. There is already a tradition in the family: on Tuesdays Boris comes to stay with his grandmother overnight. The actress noted that she loves to pamper the child and play with him, but does not plan to interfere in the parenting process, leaving the main decisions to his parents. In a conversation with reporters, the singer described how the whole family cares about Boris: in addition to his parents, the boy is surrounded by both grandmothers and Aunt Margarita, daughter Jasmine.

The marriage of Mikhail Semenduev and Eva Khachaturian

Mikhail Semenduev and Eva Khachaturian got married in April 2024 in Moscow. The wedding ceremony was held by People's Artist of Russia Nikolai Baskov.

In a conversation with journalists, the singer also touched on the topic of attitudes towards age. The 49-year-old singer stated that she calmly perceives this stage of life. In an interview with the Lady Mail portal, she explained that she considers aging to be a natural process filled with experiences and memories.

"Of course, I'm not a young girl, and I understand that perfectly well. Like any woman, I want to stay beautiful, well-groomed, and energetic. But I am convinced that real youth is not a number in a passport, but a light in the eyes, a state of mind and the ability to maintain an interest in life," said Jasmine.

For the sake of keeping fit, the actress managed to lose 15 kg from 78.6 kg. The singer achieved the result thanks to training three to four times a week and working with a nutritionist, while she did not give up her favorite foods. The training program included ten exercises, including hyperextension, pull-ups in the gravitron, squats with a kettlebell and a glute bridge in the simulator.

Jasmine has three children. The eldest son, Mikhail, was born in a marriage with businessman Vyacheslav Semenduev, whom the actress divorced in 2006. In 2011, Ilan Shor became her husband. In this marriage, a daughter, Margarita, and a son, Myron, were born.
