The weather forecaster predicted September heat in Moscow on October 16 and 17.
In Moscow and the Moscow region, warming is expected to reach +13...+16 degrees by the end of the week, which corresponds to the September figures. This was announced on October 13 by Evgeny Tishkovets, a leading specialist at the Phobos Weather Center.
"On Friday [October 16] and Saturday [October 17], thanks to the anticyclone, the days will be fine and warm," he shared in an interview with IS Vesti.
According to the forecaster, the coldest and rainiest day of the week will be Wednesday, October 14th. The air temperature will be +7...+10 degrees, and precipitation may reach 18.5 mm.
Tishkovets also noted that this year's golden autumn is characterized by relatively warm weather. On average, the temperature in Central Russia exceeds the climatic norm by two degrees.
Tatiana Pozdnyakova, a leading specialist at the Meteonosti news agency, told Izvestia on October 12 that warm weather would remain in the capital this week, but most days of the working week would be rainy with varying intensity. Starting from Wednesday, October 14, the temperature will gradually decrease due to a change in the wind direction to the northwest.
