Natela Grishina, a cosmetologist and dermatologist, explained how to maintain skin health in a basic way. In an interview with Radio 1 on Monday, October 12, she stated that beautiful skin is inherited by humans genetically.

The expert explained that the condition and appearance of the skin largely depend on genetics. Therefore, the first wrinkles appear in some people as early as 20 years, and in others after 30. At the same time, owners of problematic skin may experience rashes, inflammations and scars from adolescence.

The specialist advised not to abuse cosmetic procedures and pay more attention to basic care. According to her, after washing, you should use a tonic or lotion, and then apply a light cream. This will help maintain the water-lipid balance of the skin and prevent moisture loss.

In addition, the cosmetologist emphasized the importance of proper sleep and adherence to a drinking regime, taking into account body weight and physical activity.

Also on October 12, cosmetologist, dermatovenerologist Irina Maksimova said that swelling, protruding vessels and burning from the usual cream may indicate perimenopause. If the protective barrier of the skin is violated, it is necessary to reduce dryness and sensitivity, notes 360.ru .

Anastasia Pantus, a doctor of preventive medicine, cosmetologist, aesthetician, and anti-age specialist, said on October 9 that sometimes it's not wrinkles that age a face, but puffiness. Pantus emphasized that morning puffiness should usually go away within two hours of waking up.

Before that, on October 6, cosmetologist Irina Kotova, in a conversation with RT, said that the skin of the hands suffers greatly from the environment, including due to exposure to cold, which leads to irritation, redness and cracks. Fatty nutrients with vitamins A, E, lipids, ceramides, amino acids, glycerin and squalane are effective for protecting the skin of hands in the cold.

In August, Natalya Markova, a doctor, warned that vitamin patches, which are gaining popularity on social networks, have no proven effectiveness and can cause allergies or dermatitis, the Moscow City News agency writes.
