An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) hit the building where the territorial election commission in the Samara region is located. This was announced on September 11 by the chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Russia, Ella Pamfilova.

She noted that there were no casualties, and the ballots were not damaged.
