The Shady Path: how the movement of "rhythmologists" can hide hundreds of millions from taxes
A network of more than a dozen microenterprises can use the pseudoscientific "Institute of Rhythmology of Radiant Evdokia" (IrLEm) to split up businesses and avoid paying taxes, Izvestia found out. These companies are registered at the same address, their founders are relatives of Luchesarnova herself and ordinary rhythmologists, they all work under a simplified taxation system, although their total annual turnover is approaching a billion rubles. As a result, the budget may not receive more than 130 million a year. Rhythmologists study the "phenomenon of time", sell consultations on "accompanying to the coordinate" and "finding oneself" by reading the blank verses of the founder of IRLEM. At the same time, former members of the movement call it a "sect." The details of the financial schemes of the Institute of Rhythmology are in our investigation.
Location in coordinates
"The rhythmologist of accompaniment helps to occupy and accommodate everyone in their coordinates. Thanks to Evdokia Luchezarnova's unique books on Rhythm Method, you can find yourself and improve your life," the Irlem Praktika website explains to people what they will pay 60 thousand rubles for as part of the "Escort to the coordinate or the main book" consultation.
Irlem Praktika is the main platform through which the Institute of Rhythmology of Radiant Evdokia (IrLEm) sells its services. Among them are "improving life in various spheres", "health support" and "money issues". The offer on the website states that the services are provided by Ozarign Global LLC. As Izvestia found out, this is one of the elements of a network of companies created by followers of the movement of rhythmologists.
How Marchenko became Radiant
The Institute of Rhythmology of the Radiant Evdokia (IrLEm) appeared in 2002. Before that, the Radosteya Center had existed since the early 1990s. The founder of the movement is astrophysicist Evdokia Marchenko. One day, she changed her last name to Luchesarnova and proclaimed herself the "main ray."
Rhythmologists consider themselves an "independent research group" that studies "the phenomenon of time through the use of the 7P0 Rhythm Method developed by Evdokia Dmitrievna Luchezarnova." Marchenko herself considers herself a unique person who came "from time," and her method of chanting special "rhythms" (blank verses by her own authorship) supposedly helps people learn how to manage reality — to find happiness, prosperity, love, and cure diseases.
IrLEm unites thousands of followers in Russia, the CIS countries, the Baltic States and Cyprus. On the Internet, you can find many stories of people previously involved in his activities, as well as their relatives. They call the organization a Radiant "sect" and complain that people who join it often leave their families or start "carrying all the money to rhythmologists." One of the authors said that after joining this organization, his wife "drowned her son" and then ended up in a psychiatric clinic.

— Evdokia Marchenko's Rhythmology and "Joy" is a new religious movement (a term from religious studies denoting an unconventional religious movement. — Ed.). It originated in the nineties, along with others like it, in the wake of the religious boom. It was then that foreign cults and sects entered our country, and new movements were formed," Roman Lunkin, head of the Center for the Study of Religion and Society at the Institute of Europe of the Russian Academy of Sciences, told Izvestia.

On the resources of IrLEm, you can find references to numerous academic titles of the founder: "Professor of medical Psychology, Grand Doctor of Philosophy of the World Distributed University (Belgium), academician, full member of the Academy of Security, Defense and Law Enforcement of the Russian Federation." However, it is not specified which university "professor" Marchenko is from. The worldwide distributed University does not even have an Internet site, and the Academy of Security, Defense and Law Enforcement of the Russian Federation was liquidated back in 2009.

— Rhythmology is not even a pseudoscience, it has nothing to do with science in general, — Roman Lunkin explained. — They present themselves as a private scientific institution, but this is a mimicry of a new religious movement in the scientific field. This is the easiest way for society to understand this method. At the same time, the titles of [Luchesarnova's] books, for example, "Projectivity: a rhythmic—method discourse" are absolute gibberish from the point of view of any scientific field.
Irlem's Complicated Finances
In addition to consulting with rhythmologists, IrLEm sells numerous works by Evdokia Luchesarnova through the Zhivaya Kniga online store. On the Irlem Practice portal, you can also pay for participation in radasts and macroradasts, large meetings with the participation of Marchenko-Luchesarnova herself. The next "macroradast" is scheduled to take place from June 10 to June 14, 2026 in St. Petersburg. The cost of participation in it ranges from 187 to 231 thousand rubles. In a video on the Internet, Marchenko and her daughter say that 700 people bought tickets for one of these events, meaning the proceeds from such an event can reach 140 million rubles.

IrLEm conducts its financial activities through a network of microenterprises. Firms were created over the years, closed, joined existing ones, underwent reorganization and changed founders. They include members of the Marchenko family, ordinary rhythmologists, and probably nominees.
The main legal entity of the network is the Institute of Rhythmology of Luchesarnova Evdokia. It was established as a non-profit organization with the status of a non-governmental scientific and educational institution, however, as Izvestia has established, it has never had a license to conduct educational activities.

Over the years, the structure of the institute's founders has changed several times. At the moment, Luchezarnova's daughter Svetlana Solntseva is listed among them (she previously had the surname Marchenko, but changed it). The most radiant of all commercial structures owns only a 55% stake in Radats Author Center LLC, which publishes her books (another 45% belongs to Solntseva).

The main financial flows of IrLEm, as determined by Izvestia, go through the network of LLC Dial-S, Ozarign Global, Ozarign Pulse Center, Integram, Rhythmovzlet and a number of other similar organizations.
One of the key links of the network is Dial-S. This LLC, along with most other companies in the network, is registered in St. Petersburg at 4 Plutalova St., letter 8, room 8N. The founder is Svetlana Solntseva. According to the registration documents, he is engaged in the production of films, videos and television programs. The authorized capital is 20 thousand rubles, assets — 107.3 million. It has the status of a microenterprise, which allows it to use the simplified taxation system (STS). In 2025, the company paid 20 million rubles in taxes.

Another company is Ozarign Global. It was established in 2018. Its owner and CEO is Vyacheslav Solntsev. On his VKontakte page, he positions himself as a "caring father of five children," an "entrepreneur," a "public figure," and a "psychologist." However, apart from all this: he is the husband of Svetlana Solntseva, that is, Luchesarnova's son—in-law.
Ozarign Global has agency agreements with three legal entities of the network: the Ozarign Center, the Ozarign Pulse Center and the IrLEm Institute itself.
— The conclusion of agency agreements is not a violation in itself, but only if they have a certain business purpose and they are not concluded in order to reduce taxable turnover, — Arkady Bryzgalin, Director General of the Center for Economic Expertise Taxes and Financial Law, explained to Izvestia.

Earlier, Vyacheslav Solntsev was listed as the CEO and founder of Center for Rhythmology LLC, which was liquidated in November 2013, as well as Ozarign LLC, which was established in July of the same year and liquidated in November 2018. Until 2011, he operated as an individual entrepreneur in Yekaterinburg, being registered under the surname Maltsev.
Further, the chain of companies becomes more complicated. The Ozaryn Pulse Center, LLC, registered at the same address, is no longer formally connected with either Luchesarnova or the Solntsevs. It also has the status of a microenterprise and pays taxes according to the tax Code. The only founder is Song Ok Ja, who also holds the position of CEO. This woman is also a rhythmologist, and her consultations can be ordered and paid for on the Irlem Practice portal.
The next legal entity registered at the same address is Integram LLC. Established in 2014, it develops computer software. The founder and CEO is Nikolai Gusev. His page is also available on the Irlem Practice website.
Another legal entity with a "rhythmic" address is Berisvet LLC, established in 2012. Over the years, its founders included Evdokia Luchesarnova herself, her husband Gritsyus Bronius, and Mikhail Kitaev, a figure who repeatedly surfaced as a director (probably nominally) in the network's structures. By the end of 2016, Luchezarnova and Gritsyus resigned from the founders of Berisvet. In 2017, the company was liquidated by joining Sphere LLC, which later became part of the current Ozaryn Pulse Center.
Rhythmovzlet LLC is also registered as a follower of IrLEm. It has a similar structure: the sole founder and CEO, registration as a microenterprise. In this case, the average number of employees is one person at all. The amount of taxes paid reaches almost 630 thousand rubles, and assets — 2.8 million rubles.
Another illustrative example of the functioning of the network is Rhythmovremya LLC, which ceased to exist in June 2015. The founder was Svetlana Solntseva. The organization was liquidated through joining Dial-Y LLC.
— Many entrepreneurs are still convinced that if they hid, registered their business structures with third parties and don't put their signature anywhere, they avoid responsibility. However, everything has been wrong for a long time: the tax authorities have developed a good practice of identifying such beneficiaries, collecting and securing evidence," said Arkady Bryzgalin.
Possible tax evasion
Only six major companies related to IrLEm (Ozarign Global, Ozarign Pulse Center, Ozarign Center, Dial-S, Integram and Rhythmovzlet) received officially declared income in excess of 885 million rubles in 2025, Izvestia found out. If all these flows were concentrated within the framework of one legal entity, it would pay taxes according to the general system. However, the use of USN by all these companies allowed to pay only 53.1 million rubles to the budget, according to the reports of these companies.
If we assume that the average profitability of their business is 20%, then in the case of using the basic tax system, IrLEm would additionally have to pay about 138 million rubles in VAT and income tax (detailed calculations are available to the editorial staff).
At the same time, according to the assumptions of the experts interviewed by the publication, the amount of "optimization" may be several times higher, since in reality, a single contour with the "institute" may include many more firms that do not have formal ties with the IRL.
— At first glance, such a structure shows signs of business fragmentation, since a single business is conducted through different and interdependent entities, while it is more logical to conduct business and carry out all business processes through a single structure. If such a multiplicity is due to the sole purpose of saving on taxes through the use of STS, then the tax authorities will have reasonable claims against such a business and the final verdict on this scheme will be handed down by the court," said Arkady Bryzgalin.
Izvestia contacted Evdokia Luchesarnova in IrLEm with a request for comments. No responses have been received at the time of publication.
