It became known about the plans of the organizers of the terrorist attack in Crocus to arrange another one in Moscow.

The organizers of the attack on the Crocus City Hall concert Hall planned to carry out a second terrorist attack in Moscow, but abandoned this plan. This was announced on April 7 by a participant in the trial.

According to the testimony, a curator abroad under the pseudonym Sayfullo was preparing recruited militants to commit two terrorist attacks. The original plan was for two people to participate in the second attack, while the Crocus City Hall was to be attacked by three terrorists. Later, the organizers abandoned this scheme in favor of an attack on the concert hall by an enhanced group.

"As established by the investigation, Sayfullo's curator living abroad was preparing recruited and trained militants to commit two terrorist acts on the territory of Moscow. The second terrorist attack was planned to be carried out [simultaneously] with the attack on Crocus City Hall," a participant in the trial said in an interview with TASS.

The exact location of the planned second terrorist attack and the method of its commission are not specified in the case file. However, the investigation emphasizes that the goal of the organizers was also the mass murder of civilians.
