An eyewitness pulled a drowning boy out of the icy water in Perm
In Perm, a man rescued an 11-year-old boy who fell into the Kama River and began to drown. Evgeny, the child's savior, told Izvestia about this on October 28.
According to him, the boy went fishing on the embankment with two friends. The guys were standing on concrete slabs at the water's edge, and at some point one of them slipped on the ice and ended up in the river. The current immediately picked up the child and carried him away, while his friends were confused and stayed on the shore.
The student was screaming and asking for help. A crowd of people gathered on the embankment, but no one dared to enter the icy water. Then Evgeny took off his clothes and dived into the Kama River. When he reached the boy, he grabbed his leg, pulled him onto the concrete and held him until the rope arrived. Rescuers, according to Evgeny, reached the place only after about half an hour. The child was not seriously injured.
On October 19, a three- to four-year-old boy leaned out of the window of an apartment on the fourth floor in southeastern Moscow. Seeing this, the people below promptly stretched their coats to soften the blow. They managed to catch the child. After that, the baby was taken to a medical facility.
