Sagrada and Salt of the Earth will combine rap and rock in a new program "For the Living"

Rapper Sagrada and the band Salt of the Earth will try to reveal the spiritual and cultural code of Russia. The musicians are preparing big concerts where everyone will be touched to the quick. The rehearsal of Sagrada and the Salt of the Earth band before the solo concerts in Moscow and St. Petersburg took place in a small studio, which was filled with powerful energy.

Drums, bass and electric guitar are a classic set, which is diluted with samples. This composition gives the tracks a special sound, and you want to listen to them over and over again.

The closest attention was paid to each sound. Especially in fresh songs.

"Let's go for..." is a tribute to the legendary composition of the Lyube group. Many fans of Sagrada's work will hear the new version live for the first time. Moreover, now this song, along with the works about SVO, has acquired a special meaning.

"When we performed in Donetsk once, we couldn't get ready for the performance because we were knocked down by the unusual sound of artillery fire. Thanks to these trips, such songs as "So the Steppe Burns" and "Warcraft" appeared," said rap artist Artyom Leschuk, known as Sagrada.

Powerful beats, guitar riffs and, of course, deep meanings. Without falseness or pretense. All topics are about the anger of the day.

"We are guys of the same cultural code. We are talking about the ideas and problems that prevailed in our youth. Somewhere, what we wanted to see was that these mistakes would not be repeated, because many destinies, including ours, were twisted by that time," said guitarist Vladimir Krylov.

It is no coincidence that the program was called "For the living." The track list includes songs from the new album Horizon. The recording featured the leader of "Alice" Konstantin Kinchev, the founder of "Agatha Christie" Vadim Samoilov and the rock bard Branimir.

"The most interesting music is produced at the junction, at the mixing of styles. That's why we're experimenting a lot with guitar music right now, so that listeners don't get the impression that rap has been around for a long time, it's "yo," "make a cap like this," Leschuk said.

In August, the band took to the stage of the rock festival at Gorbushka. Sagrada performed together with the legends, which, among other things, inspired the musicians to experiment.

"Yes, here you can go, as they say, through the catalog. The same "Camouflage Times" in the original is my instrumental, which I showed Bogdan, Bogdan showed Artyom, and here is the result. We have a number of compositions, some are still in the works, some are ready and are about to see the light," added beatmaker Andrey Chernyshev, known as Kit.

You will be able to hear new and favorite hits in live performance on October 20 at the capital's 16 Tons stage. On the 21st, Sagrada and Salt of the Earth will perform at the Douglas Club in St. Petersburg.
