The passenger tire market in Russia is showing positive dynamics in the first half of 2026. Retail sales increased by 11% during this period. This is stated in the message of the Cordiant holding, which was received by Izvestia on October 13.

According to the holding's forecasts, retail sales of winter passenger tires (sell-out segment) in Russia are expected to grow by 6% by the end of 2026 compared to 2025.

In addition, experts noted that following the results of the first half of the year, there has been an increase in the sell-in segments of the CMC truck tire market (import, production and export) and sell-out (equipment and purchase of tires by legal entities). According to the company's forecasts, by the end of the year, the CMK tire sell-in market in Russia will continue to grow significantly - up to 15% compared to 2025.
