The founder of Igronica created KIT1217 holding and planned an IPO
Nikita Pipko, the founder of the Igronic advertising group, created KIT1217 holding, which will combine advertising, media and technology assets. The company plans to list 20-25% of shares on the stock exchange within 6-18 months, the entrepreneur told RBC.
Practical preparations for the initial public offering (IPO) are scheduled to begin in 2027. The Moscow Stock Exchange is being considered as one of the possible platforms. According to Pipko, negotiations with institutional investors are already underway, and the funds raised are expected to be used for business development.
The entrepreneur clarified that it was about creating a multidisciplinary holding company, and not about renaming the advertising group. Igronic will retain its name and remain the flagship advertising company, while KIT1217 will combine corporate resources, management functions and a back office. The Depo agency was engaged in the development of the brand of the new structure.
According to Pipko, the new model will allow developing several business lines within a single structure and expanding them through the acquisition of advertising and related assets. Over the past four years, the business's revenue has grown sixfold, and the number of employees has exceeded 400 people. The entrepreneur noted that the previous management model no longer corresponded to the scale of activity.
The next stage will be the formation of the board of directors, most of the seats in which are planned to be given to independent participants. The Board will have to present the holding's development strategy and exercise strategic control.
Pipko called media confidence, that is, independent management of communications based on his own expertise and understanding of the audience, one of the guidelines of KIT1217's work. At the same time, the entrepreneur emphasized, this is not about abandoning international experience, but about independently choosing technologies and channels that are most effective for the Russian market.
