The expert named five destinations for a romantic vacation in the fall

Nizhny Novgorod, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Kislovodsk and Kazan are among the destinations that are suitable for a romantic trip in autumn. Anastasia Yakovleva, Category Development manager of the Tripster online tour booking service, told Izvestia on October 8 where to go for an atmospheric vacation and what to do on the trip.

Nizhniy Novgorod

Nizhny Novgorod remains one of the fastest growing autumn destinations. According to Tripster, viewing tours in the city increased by 30% compared to last year, and the number of bookings increased by 19%.

For a romantic walk, Yakovleva recommends Strelka, the confluence of the Volga and Oka Rivers, from where it is convenient to watch the sunset. After that, the route can be continued along Verkhne-Volzhskaya Embankment and Bolshaya Pokrovskaya Street, which is called Nizhny Novgorod Arbat.
