Krasnoyarsk rescuers have received a new means of protection from predators

Employees of the state institution "Rescuer" in the Krasnoyarsk Territory will receive additional protection from animals when working in the forest. We are talking about a special "ANTI-BEAST" deterrent.

This is a certified spray that creates a cloud of irritant at a distance of up to 6 m. The aerosol effectively stops an aggressive animal without causing irreversible harm.

The cylinders were purchased at the expense of the regional budget, writes KrasnoyarskMedia news agency. The management of the organization hopes that rescuers will not have to apply the spray in practice and all their field trips will be uneventful.

In early September, the Krasnoyarsk authorities recognized the regular occurrence of clubfoot as a threat of emergency. City services have been put on high alert, which will allow for the implementation of a set of preventive measures for the safety of residents.

Earlier, Izvestia wrote that the fight against the invasion of bears continues in Siberia. The authorities are strengthening control over garbage collection and livestock grazing and are preparing task forces.
