Sobyanin spoke about the support of high-tech industries in Moscow
Moscow is expanding measures to support high-tech industries, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on his channel in Maks.
In particular, the capital's industrial enterprises can use the tools of the Moscow Fund for Support of Industry and Entrepreneurship. The Foundation is currently implementing four programs. For example, according to one of them, entrepreneurs can receive compensation for the interest rate on loans.
According to Sobyanin, in the first six months of 2026, with the assistance of the Industry and Entrepreneurship Support Fund, enterprises have attracted about 55 billion rubles of investment loans to expand production facilities and purchase equipment.
Since 2022, projects with a total investment of 592 billion rubles have been implemented with the support of the fund. A total of 177 projects received support. Among the largest are a factory for the production of live vaccines, as well as high—tech food production.
Earlier in August, Sobyanin announced that 12 new high-tech production facilities had been built in the capital since the beginning of 2026. Among the newly constructed facilities are the industrial and construction complex of the FGC Group in Zelenograd; the architectural concrete plant of the KROST concern; the laboratory complex of the Moscow Endocrine Plant; three buildings of the Shishkin Forest industrial and logistics park; the Senkino and Kuvekino industrial parks.
The volume of investments in these projects by private investors amounted to almost 53 billion rubles. "The city has received more than 5,600 jobs. Now the area of industrial development in the capital exceeds 13 million square meters. By 2030, this figure will almost double and exceed 25 million square meters," the mayor stressed.
